1. How can I place an order?
You can easily place an order by browsing our collections and adding your favorite items to the cart. Once you’re ready, go to checkout and complete payment using your preferred method.

2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment options displayed at checkout.

3. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly, so we can’t guarantee changes once submitted. If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@jayanas.com — we’ll do our best to assist if it hasn’t shipped yet.

4. How long does shipping take?

  • United States: 7–14 business days

  • International: 14–31 business days

Processing time is typically 1–3 business days before shipment.

5. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees which are the responsibility of the customer.

6. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, tracking information will be uploaded and emailed to you. You can also check the latest updates anytime on our Track Your Order page.

7. What if my package hasn’t arrived yet?
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. If it still can’t be found, contact us at support@jayanas.com and we’ll help investigate.

8. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at support@jayanas.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions.

9. When will I receive my refund?
After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

10. Can I exchange an item?
Yes, exchanges are accepted for different sizes, colors, or replacements if the item is in stock. Contact us before sending anything back.

No. International orders may incur customs duties or import taxes based on your country’s regulations. These are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
